   At the airport.
Today I flew from DTW to RDU.

(Detroit to Raleigh, NC)
Getting through security was a trip.
Walking through molasses would have been easier.

There were families and novice travelers everywhere.

Eager to fly.
And clueless about security rules.
Slowing up everything.

The uninitiated were a bunch of yo-yo’s

Bounced back by security.
Over and over.
Getting more and more ticked off.

   I survived!
My new gym has a steam room.

Supposed to help muscles recover faster.
According to my Google findings.
I decided to give it a try yesterday.

There were directions by the door.

Take a shower.
Don’t use for more than 10 minutes.
Sit on a towel.

I was nervous.

But still went in.
Engulfed by steam.
I could barely breathe.

Claustrophobia started to kick in.
