How are things going in your chapter?
- Do you have a surplus of volunteers?
- Do you have a strong pool of future leaders?
- Do you have new members eager to join your chapter?
If you answered “No” to any of these questions, the Lazy Leader Transforms America – One Volunteer at a Time! tour is calling your name.
- This fall I’m going to 10 cities across America.
- Giving them a 2-hour Lazy Leader training program.
- To help their volunteer leaders build strong chapters.
It’s my community service effort to help America get back on its feet.
- I’m donating my time.
- Local chapters are hosting.
- It only costs $10-19 to attend!
Here are the Lazy Leader Road Show tour stops:

- Get registration info at http://www.LazyLeaderRoadShow.com
Not stopping in your area?
- Bummer.
- I will miss you.
- (Maybe your association will book me to speak at an event.)
Can you help me?
- I’m trying to get the word out to anyone who wants to get more volunteers involved.
- Do you know leaders in those cities?
- Can you please let them know?
Together we’ll transform America – one volunteer at a time!
Makes me think of chapter leaders… what is your chapter doing to raise up your members while budgets are tighter?

Cynthia, love what your doing with the roadshow! I gotta ask, how did you come up with the city rotation? I would think you’d be hitting more major markets.
Do you plan to video tape or live stream one of these sessions? It would be great to see you in action.
Hi Dave!
Thanks for stopping by. I decided to invite local chapters to help host the road show stops. They agreed to get the location and help fill the room. I wanted to go where people were really excited.
I’m a really interactive speaker who zips around the room. Does not transfer well to video unless I have multiple cameras. Even then all the interaction would be boring to watch if you’re not doing it.
So there is my quandry.
You are welcome to check out the Chapter Leaders Playground where I talk about all sorts of Lazy Leader applications regularly. We do 40+ webinars/year and those are listen in kinds of programs. (No zipping around room – just around the live questions coming in.)
We are testing free memberships this month – so extra easy to join. Just go to http://www.chapterleadersplayground.org
