Chocolate-Covered Bacon for Dessert?

   Why not?

Today James and I discovered Mazzarro’s Italian Market.

  • It’s a foodie heaven.
  • Made-from-scratch food.
  • We wanted to try one of everything.

They offered unique combinations.

  • Edamame coleslaw.
  • Pumpkin ravioli
  • And chocolate covered bacon.

We decided to try the bacon.

  • We like chocolate.
  • Love bacon.
  • How would the two taste together?

To our surprise it was tasty.

  • Gourmet chocolate.
  • Covering scrumptious bacon.
  • Sweet on salty - and sort of addictive.

Who knew?

Makes me think of chapter leaders…how do you combine chapter favorites in new ways to create an addictive experience for members?
