They Trained Me to Have Control

And then took it away.
I like checking myself in when I fly.
I always inspect the seating chart.
And move to a better place when I can.
Plus I feel in control.
This week in Albuquerque, they took the control away from me.
I walked up to the kiosk ready to check in.
And was greeted by a bossy lady [...]
