Raindrop, the Psychic Dog Knows…

I’m about to go on the road for a week!
Yesterday Raindrop stared at me while I worked.
Last night she was relentless.
- Raindrop wanted to be close.
- She wanted my attention.
- All through the night.
Finally I got up at 4 AM.
- It was obvious Raindrop was agitated.
- And I wasn’t going to get to sleep.
So I trudged downstairs thinking…
- I’m about to fly to San Diego.
- I’m helping to host a party tonight.
- I will probably go to bed tonight at 4 AM (1 AM Pacific)
I need my vitamins!
Once we got downstairs, I decided I might as well do a little work - sleep didn’t seem an option.
- Raindrop happily settled down.
- She seemed to bask in my nearness.
- Weird dog.
I wonder how she knows I’m about to leave?
- Maybe it’s the late night clothes washing.
- Or me fiddling with my suitcase?
Makes me think of chapter leaders… what messages are your members picking up from your actions?
