A Rose is a Rose…
I’m staying in Rosemont, IL - right by O’Hare airport. Outside my hotel window is a water tower painted to look like a bouquet of roses.
Driving through town last night, I noticed roses on several of the businesses - a theater, some restaurants and more.
Usually in suburbs of large cities, it is easy to cross boundary lines and not realize you are in a new suburb.
I learned in Califonia last week that frequently the only way to tell when you cross into a new beach community is by the color of the street signs.
Not here. There is a definite sense of being in Rosemont!
